• Performance tracking and analytics reporting

Pricing Terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• Monthly Plans: Billed monthly in advance
• Annual Plans: 10% discount when paid annually in advance
• Due Date: Payment due within 15 days of invoice date
• Late Fees: 1.5% per month on overdue amounts

5. Client Responsibilities

Information and Access

• Provide accurate business and website information
• Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, and relevant accounts
• Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
• Maintain current contact information

Content and Materials

• Ensure you have rights to all content provided to us
• Review and approve content before publication
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain website functionality and hosting

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

RankAEO retains all rights to:

• Proprietary AI algorithms and methodologies
• Software, tools, and technologies developed by us
• Templates, processes, and strategic frameworks
• Trademarks, trade names, and branding materials

Client Content Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• Content created specifically for your website
• Your business information and data
• Website modifications and improvements
• Analytics data and performance metrics

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Performance Standards

• Content Delivery: Content delivered within agreed timelines
• Response Time: Initial response to inquiries within 24 hours
• Reporting: Monthly reports delivered by the 5th of each month
• Issue Resolution: Critical issues addressed within 48 hours

Service Credits

If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits equal to 5-10% of your monthly fee, depending on the severity of the service interruption.

8. Limitations of Liability

Liability Limits

• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or algorithm changes
• Force majeure events excuse performance delays or failures

9. Termination

Termination by Client

• 30 days written notice required for termination
• No refunds for services already provided
• Final invoice payable within 30 days
• Data export available for 90 days post-termination

Termination by RankAEO

We may terminate services immediately for:

• Non-payment of fees after 30-day notice
• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or unethical business practices
• Abuse of our staff or systems

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Proprietary business information
• Strategic plans and methodologies
• Performance data and analytics
• Any information marked as confidential

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage informal resolution of disputes through direct communication with our management team.

Formal Arbitration

Any unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration will be conducted in [Your Location] and governed by [State] law.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

13. Modifications to Terms
